Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A creamy and savory dish that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch dressing with pasta, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cups spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add the cooked bacon and ranch dressing to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. If using, mix in the spinach until wilted.
  6. Serve topped with shredded cheese.

Notes
