  • 2 lbs. ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
