Chili Mango Mole Cocoa

A delightful drink combining sweet, spicy, and rich flavors with dark chocolate, chili, and mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 oz dark chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 1 tsp mango puree
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat. Stir gently to avoid burning.
  2. Once the milk is warm but not boiling, add 2 oz of dark chocolate, 1 tsp of mango puree, 1/4 tsp of chili powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Whisk the mixture until the chocolate fully melts and the cocoa is smooth and hot. Make sure there are no lumps and everything is well combined.

Notes

Best served hot. Can be enjoyed plain or with whipped cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
