Chilled Buttermilk with Spices

A refreshing yogurt-based drink infused with a unique spice blend called Thandai powder, perfect for cooling off on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons Thandai powder
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the yogurt and milk into the blender.
  2. Add the Thandai powder to the blender.
  3. Add the sugar based on your taste.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  5. Once the mixture is smooth, taste it. Adjust sugar if needed.
  6. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it.
  7. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour to chill.
  8. Serve it in glasses and enjoy your chilled buttermilk!

Notes

Serve in tall glasses garnished with Thandai powder or crushed nuts. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
