Christmas Blueberry Amethyst Punch

A festive and colorful punch that combines blueberry juice, coconut milk, and sparkling water for a refreshing holiday drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberry juice
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional)
  • Blue and purple food coloring
  • Edible purple shimmer or luster dust
  • Blueberries coated in sugar or lightly frozen
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • White sanding sugar for the rim

Instructions

  1. Rim your glasses with honey or corn syrup, then dip the rim into white sanding sugar for a frosty sparkle.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine blueberry juice, white grape juice, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until smooth.
  3. Add a few drops of blue and purple food coloring to achieve a soft blue-purple amethyst shade.
  4. Stir in edible purple shimmer or luster dust to give the punch a glowing, magical sparkle.
  5. Pour over ice in the prepared glasses.
  6. Float frosted or crystallized blueberries on top for a sparkling icy effect.

Notes

If you have leftover punch, store it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two days. For freshness, add sparkling water and ice just before serving.
