Christmas Candy Cane Red Punch

A vibrant and refreshing holiday drink featuring fruity flavors and a hint of peppermint, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk or cream
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Red food coloring (optional)
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Candy canes for stirring
  • White sanding sugar for the rim
  • Optional: whipped cream or mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by rimming your glasses with corn syrup or honey and dipping them into white sanding sugar.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, and peppermint extract. Add red food coloring if desired.
  3. Before serving, add lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to the mixture for fizz.
  4. Pour coconut milk or cream over the top for a beautiful swirled effect.
  5. Fill prepared glasses with ice cubes or crushed ice.
  6. Place a candy cane in each glass for stirring and optionally top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.

Notes

Best served fresh; store in the fridge for up to 2 days if there are leftovers. Re-add soda just before serving to maintain fizz.
