Christmas Cranberry Honey Butter

A delightful spread made with creamy butter, sweet honey, and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 23 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp orange juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter until whipped and fluffy.
  2. Add honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the butter and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, orange zest, and orange juice.
  4. Gently swirl the cranberry mixture into the whipped butter until you reach your desired marble effect.
  5. Transfer the cranberry honey butter to a serving dish and refrigerate until firm. Serve with bread or rolls.
