Christmas Morning Mimosa

A festive drink combining orange juice, Prosecco, and frozen raspberry and mint ice cubes, perfect for holiday breakfasts or brunches.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Mint Leaves
  • Orange Juice
  • Prosecco
  • San Pellegrino (Aranciata Rosso flavor)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ice Cubes: Add fresh raspberries and mint leaves to an ice cube tray. Fill each section with orange juice and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  2. Set Up for Serving: Remove the tray from the freezer and pop out the frozen cubes of raspberry and mint into a glass.
  3. Mix the Mimosa: Fill the glass three-quarters full with chilled Prosecco and top with a splash of San Pellegrino.
  4. Enjoy: Serve immediately and toast to a wonderful day!

Notes

Serve in a flute glass to showcase the drink’s vibrant colors. Consider adding a sprig of mint or a few fresh raspberries on the rim for decoration.
