Christmas Ruby Snow Glow Punch

A delightful and visually stunning fruity punch perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 3 cups cherry juice or fruit punch
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • Edible red or iridescent glitter
  • Ice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, cherry juice, and pineapple juice. Stir well.
  2. Add simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter punch.
  3. Pour in the lemon-lime soda just before serving to keep the fizz.
  4. Sprinkle in a small amount of edible glitter to give the punch its ruby glow.
  5. Add ice to keep it chilled and shimmering.
  6. For the Snowy Vanilla Cloud, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  7. Spoon big fluffy clouds of the vanilla cream on top of the punch right before serving.
  8. Serve in clear cups so the ruby glow and snowy topping are visible.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers without soda in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Avoid freezing due to loss of carbonation.
