Christmas Sangria

A refreshing and fruity Christmas Sangria perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 750 ml bottles Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay
  • 3/4 cup sparkling apple cider
  • 3 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cranberries halved
  • 3/4 cup cranberries whole
  • 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • Garnish: rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Pour both bottles of wine into a large pitcher.
  2. Add the sparkling apple cider to the wine.
  3. Pour in the simple syrup and stir to mix.
  4. Add halved cranberries, whole cranberries, and chopped Granny Smith apple.
  5. Place rosemary sprigs in the mixture and stir gently.
  6. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled, pouring into glasses with included fruit and garnish with rosemary.

Notes

Best served chilled and enjoyed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
