- 100ml Prosecco
- 10ml Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial
- 1/2 tsp White edible glitter
- Rosemary (to garnish)
- Cranberries (to garnish)
Instructions
- Make the Christmas tree garnish by placing cranberries in the bottom of the glass.
- Secure a sprig of rosemary upright in the center of the glass with string or tape.
- Fill the glass with water, covering the cranberries and surrounding the rosemary.
- Freeze the glass until solid.
- Remove the glass from the freezer and take off the tape or string.
- Add the elderflower cordial to the glass gently.
- Pour in the Prosecco and watch it bubble.
- Sprinkle in the white edible glitter and mix gently with a spoon.
