Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza

A delightful dessert pizza made with crescent rolls, topped with a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture and a creamy glaze.

  • 1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form one solid sheet.
  3. Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and aromatic.
  6. While the pizza is baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.
  7. Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon-sugar pizza, slice it into portions, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh fruit or Greek yogurt for a healthier dessert option. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
