Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cocktail

A delightful cocktail that combines the comfort of childhood cereal with a fun adult twist, featuring creamy textures and warm cinnamon flavors.

  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 1.38 ounces packet of white chocolate hot cocoa mix (Swiss Miss brand)
  • 1.5 ounces RumChata cream liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
  • 1/4 cup milk (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for garnish)
  • Squirt whipped topping (Reddi-Wip Extra Creamy brand)
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add 1/4 cup milk to a shallow dish. In another dish, stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dip the top rim of a glass mug into the milk, then into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Set aside.
  2. Add the whole milk to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes until warm.
  3. Mix the white chocolate hot cocoa powder into the warm milk and whisk to dissolve.
  4. Add RumChata and Fireball to the hot chocolate mixture and whisk to combine.
  5. Pour the cocktail into the cinnamon sugar rimmed glass mug.
  6. Add whipped topping and sprinkle Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top.

Notes

Serve while warm and consider pairing with light snacks or desserts.
