Cinnamon Toasted Mallow

A delightful drink combining the warmth of spices, espresso, and toasted marshmallows, perfect for chilly days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of cashew milk into a small saucepan and warm it over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to the milk and stir until dissolved.
  3. Brew a shot of espresso using your espresso maker.
  4. Once the milk is hot, pour in the espresso and stir to combine.
  5. Toast the mini marshmallows until golden brown using a kitchen torch or broiler.
  6. Pour the cinnamon espresso mixture into a cup and float the toasted marshmallows on top.
  7. Enjoy your warm drink!

Notes

For a special touch, sprinkle extra cinnamon or drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Pairs well with cookies or pastries.
