Citrus Chamomile Latte

A comforting drink that combines soothing chamomile tea with refreshing citrus notes, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 tsp loose chamomile)
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Zest of 1/4 orange (plus extra for garnish)
  • Sweetener to taste (such as honey or sugar)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and pour about 1/2 cup into a mug. Add the chamomile tea bag/loose chamomile and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in a small saucepan over low to medium heat with the orange zest.
  3. Once steeped, remove the tea bag or strain the loose chamomile, then add sweetener and stir.
  4. Carefully pour the warm milk into the mug with chamomile tea, including the orange zest.
  5. Garnish with additional orange zest and enjoy your Citrus Chamomile Latte.

Notes

Best served warm. Can also be enjoyed iced in the summer. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
