Citrus Cucumber Infused Water

A refreshing infused water recipe combining cucumber, citrus fruits, and herbs, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 small apple (red or gala), thinly sliced
  • 23 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 12 sprigs fresh mint (optional)
  • 1.52 liters cold sparkling water (or still water)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly and slice the cucumber, citrus fruits, and apple into thin, even slices.
  2. Add cucumber slices to the bottom of a clear glass pitcher. Layer the lemon, lime, orange, and apple slices evenly.
  3. Gently bruise the rosemary sprigs and add them to the pitcher along with fresh mint.
  4. Slowly pour cold sparkling water (or still water) into the pitcher.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes before serving.
  6. Pour into glasses over ice if desired and garnish with extra cucumber slices or a rosemary sprig.

Notes

This infused water is best enjoyed within 24 hours. After that, the fruit may become soft.
