Coconut Snow Chai

A warm and comforting drink that combines chai tea with creamy coconut milk, white chocolate, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Perfect for chilly evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea by pouring hot water over the tea bag and letting it steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. While the tea is brewing, heat the coconut milk in a small pot along with white chocolate chips and cinnamon on low heat until the chocolate melts and the milk is warm.
  3. Remove the tea bag from the brewed chai and pour the warm coconut milk mixture into the cup with chai tea. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy, optionally sprinkling more cinnamon on top.

Notes

Best served warm. You can add whipped cream and extra white chocolate shavings for a fun twist.
