Cookie Butter Cold Brew

A refreshing cold brew coffee drink infused with the delightful sweetness of cookie butter, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cookie butter extract
  • 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small glass or jar, add heavy cream, whole milk, brown sugar syrup, and cookie butter extract; froth until light and creamy.
  2. Set the cold foam aside.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
  5. Add brown sugar syrup to the cold brew and stir to combine.
  6. Top the cold brew with the cold foam.
  7. If desired, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.

Notes

This drink is best served fresh. Store leftover cold brew coffee in the fridge for up to two days. Keep the cold foam ingredients separate until ready to serve.
