Copycat Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad

A refreshing salad combining sweet grapes with a creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings or a simple treat.

  • 4 pounds seedless grapes (red grapes and green grapes)
  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes under water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the grapes in half and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy.
  3. Add sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat for an additional 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Stir in the halved grapes, coating them well with the creamy mixture.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans on top.

Notes

For added texture, consider including mini marshmallows or shredded coconut. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
