Cranberry Punch

A refreshing and visually stunning drink perfect for holidays and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups cranberry juice
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • Maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Fresh cranberries (optional garnish)
  • Fresh rosemary (optional garnish)
  • Star anise (optional garnish)
  • Sliced orange or blood orange (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, and ginger ale.
  2. Stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Taste and add maple syrup if preferred.
  4. Garnish with fresh cranberries, rosemary, star anise, or sliced orange as desired.
  5. For the best fizz, add ginger ale just before serving.
  6. Optionally, prepare cranberry juice ice cubes to keep the punch cool.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days but keep ginger ale separate. Freezing is not recommended.
