Creamy Gnocchi with Spinach and Feta

  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in crumbled feta cheese.

Notes
