Creamy Lemonade

A delightful drink that combines the tangy flavor of fresh lemons with the sweet richness of condensed milk, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice (about 56 lemons squeezed)
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz total, 200g)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Start by squeezing the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, add the lemon juice and drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Using a whisk, mix the lemon juice and condensed milk until they are well combined.
  4. Pour in the 3 cups of cold water and stir the mixture well.
  5. Add the 2 cups of ice and stir one last time to mix.
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Stir before serving leftovers.
