Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

A simple and comforting dish featuring tender chicken in a rich and creamy gravy, perfect for busy days.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-7 hours, or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the gravy.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

This dish can also be frozen for later use. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 months.
