Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast

Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast is a wonderfully easy dish that brings together the flavors of ranch dressing, au jus gravy, butter, and pepperoncini peppers for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 23 pounds chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Place the butter on top of the roast.
  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  7. Shred the roast with a fork and serve with the juices.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or in sandwiches for a delicious meal.
