Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A warm and hearty lasagna made easy in a slow cooker, with layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and cheese that create a rich, comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom.
  5. Layer half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.
  6. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese (mozzarella and cheddar).
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Can be garnished with extra grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs. Pairs well with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
