  • ⅜ cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a high mixing bowl, pour in ⅜ cup of heavy cream.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar to the bowl.
  3. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream and sugar together until semi-stiff.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and whip until the cream is firm and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the whipped cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle.
  6. Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and drinks with the whipped cream.

Notes

Store the whipped cream in an airtight container for 1-2 days in the fridge. It can be frozen for up to one month.
