Baked Pears with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, and Greek Yogurt

Delicious baked pears that are soft, caramelized, and topped with Greek yogurt. A magical blend of cinnamon and maple syrup makes it an irresistible dessert.

  • 4 Bosc pears
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans, flaky salt, melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core, placing them face-up in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the pears with maple syrup and dust with cinnamon.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until fork-tender and slightly golden.
  5. Halfway through baking, spoon the juices from the pan over the pears for glazing.
  6. Let cool slightly before topping with Greek yogurt.
