A quick and easy blueberry-banana smoothie that’s refreshing and filling, perfect for busy mornings.

  • Optional: honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, ripe banana, milk, and yogurt (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth. If desired, add ice for a colder texture or more milk if too thick.
  3. Pour into a glass or travel cup and enjoy.

Notes

Use frozen fruit to eliminate the need for ice and keep the smoothie thick. Rinse the blender immediately after use for easy cleaning.
