Chlorophyll Water Recipe

A refreshing and energizing drink made with liquid chlorophyll, perfect for hydration without the sugar slump.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1016 oz filtered water (preferably cold)
  • 1015 drops liquid chlorophyll
  • 1/2 fresh lemon or lime (optional)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Get a big glass or water bottle.
  2. Fill it with 10-16 oz of filtered water.
  3. Add 10-15 drops of liquid chlorophyll according to the bottle’s directions.
  4. Squeeze in half a lemon or lime, if desired.
  5. Stir or shake to combine.
  6. Drop in fresh mint or a few ice cubes if desired.
  7. Sip and enjoy your refreshing drink.

Notes

Don’t overdo the chlorophyll. Start with the recommended amount and adjust to taste.
