No-Bake Key Lime Pie

A refreshing and easy no-bake key lime pie, perfect for hot days or last-minute desserts.

  • 1 ready-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping or homemade whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Cover the pie and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  5. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

For a tangier flavor, add more lime zest or a sprinkle of citric acid. Homemade whipped cream can be used instead of whipped topping.
