Delicious Peanut Butter Honey Mousse

A creamy, dreamy, and quick dessert that combines peanut butter and honey for a fancy yet easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt, mixing until creamy.
  3. Add a spoonful of whipped cream to the peanut mixture and stir to loosen.
  4. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  5. Divide mousse into jars, chill for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly, keeps in the fridge for 3 days or can be frozen for up to 1 month.
