Summer Berry and Ricotta Toast

A fresh, bright Summer Berry and Ricotta Toast that’s a delicious way to start your day, loved by both kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • ¼ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread slices until golden and crunchy.
  2. Slather on a thick layer of ricotta cheese while the toast is still warm.
  3. Pile fresh blueberries and other berries on top.
  4. Drizzle with honey and add a pinch of flaky sea salt or lemon zest, if desired.
  5. Slice, eat, and repeat!

Notes
