  • 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter (or coconut oil for a vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil (or extra coconut oil)
  • Sweetener of choice (monk fruit or maple syrup)
  • Optional: vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Brew your herbal coffee using your preferred method (French press, stovetop, or drip).
  2. Pour the brewed coffee into a blender.
  3. Add the butter or coconut oil, MCT oil, and your desired sweeteners.
  4. Blend on low speed for 20-30 seconds until frothy.
