Wheatgrass Shot Recipe

A quick and delicious wheatgrass shot recipe that energizes your morning routine without the bitter taste.

Ingredients

  • Fresh or powdered wheatgrass
  • 1/4 cup ice-cold water
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • Pinch of grated ginger
  • Drop of honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. If using fresh wheatgrass, blend a small handful with 1/4 cup water. For powdered wheatgrass, mix 1 teaspoon with 1/4 cup water.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  4. Add grated or finely chopped ginger.
  5. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  6. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.

Notes

Drink immediately for the best flavor. If making in advance, pour excess into ice cube trays for later use.
