  • 2 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or cup, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until frothy.
  2. Add the collagen and whisk again until well mixed.
  3. Heat and froth the milk until steaming.
  4. Pour the frothed milk into the mug with the matcha and collagen blend.
  5. Add sweetener if desired and stir to combine.

Notes
