Vanilla Chai Oatmilk Latte

A creamy and comforting latte made with chai spices and oat milk, perfect for a cozy treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Simmer water and add black tea bags. Let it brew strong.
  2. Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove the spices.
  4. Heat oat milk in a pot or microwave, then whisk in vanilla extract and sweetener.
  5. Combine the brewed tea with oat milk and froth if desired.
  6. Pour into a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!

Notes

You can make this drink iced by brewing the chai base, cooling it down, and adding ice before pouring in oat milk.
