Cadbury Egg Protein Balls

Delicious no-bake protein balls that combine the festive flavor of Cadbury Mini Eggs with nutritious ingredients.

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the Cadbury Mini Eggs in a zip top bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, salt) in a bowl until combined.
  3. Add peanut butter, honey, and a splash of milk. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the crushed Mini Eggs gently.
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  6. Chill for at least 20-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These protein balls are high in protein and perfect for meal prep. Store them in the fridge or freeze for later.
