Deviled Strawberries

Deviled Strawberries are a delightful treat that combines the freshness of strawberries with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for parties or a sweet snack at home.

  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep the Strawberries: Cut off the stems and slice strawberries in half, then cut a small piece off the back of each half.
  2. Hollow the Strawberries: Use a small melon baller to hollow out the middle of each strawberry half.
  3. Whip the Cream: Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes).
  4. Mix the Cheese Filling: In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fill the Strawberries: Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe it onto each strawberry half.
  7. Add the Finishing Touch: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!: Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy fresh.

Notes

Store filled strawberries in the refrigerator for up to a day. Best when eaten fresh.
