Red Clover Hormone Balance Tea

A soothing herbal tea made with red clover blossoms that supports hormonal balance and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried red clover blossoms
  • Filtered water
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • Optional: fresh mint, dried raspberry leaf, hibiscus, or lavender for variations

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of dried red clover blossoms into an infuser.
  2. Bring filtered water to a boil and then cool for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the water over the clover blossoms and cover tightly.
  4. Set a timer for 10 minutes for a light flavor or up to 20 minutes for a stronger taste.
  5. Strain and sweeten if desired, then enjoy your tea hot or cold.

Notes

Store brewed tea in the fridge for up to three days. Pre-mix dried ingredients for easy daily brewing.
