Dole Whip Popsicles

These creamy and refreshing Dole Whip Popsicles bring all the magic of Disneyland’s famous pineapple soft serve to your freezer! Paleo-friendly, vegan, gluten-free, and ready in just minutes — the perfect summer treat for kids and adults alike.

  • 4 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (more if needed)
  • 12 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)
  • Lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Add pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup coconut milk, and 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little extra coconut milk to help blend. Optional: Add lime juice and/or lime zest for extra flavor.
  2. Taste & Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as needed. Blend again if adding more sweetener.
  3. Fill the Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze: Freeze the popsicles for 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Release & Serve: Run the mold under cool water for a few seconds to loosen. Gently wiggle popsicles to release. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight bag or container in the freezer.

Notes

Customize with lime juice, other fruits like mango or strawberry, or adjust creaminess with more coconut milk. Use small paper cups if you don’t have a popsicle mold. Perfect for summer parties, BBQs, or a refreshing everyday treat.
