Dragon Fruit Tea Latte

A bright and fresh tea latte made with dragon fruit purée, perfect for a light, healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 black or green tea bag
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk (chilled or steamed)
  • 2 tbsp dragon fruit purée (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes (if serving iced)

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea bag in 1/2 cup hot water. Let it cool.
  2. In a glass, combine the cooled tea, milk, dragon fruit purée, and sweetener if desired. Stir well.
  3. Add ice cubes if serving iced.

Notes

For a frothy top, blend briefly. Best served in a clear glass to highlight the color.
