Dragon Fruit Tea Latte

A refreshing and vibrant pink latte made with dragon fruit purée and your choice of black or green tea, perfect for a healthy beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 black or green tea bag
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk (chilled or steamed)
  • 2 tbsp dragon fruit purée (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes (if serving iced)

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea: Start by boiling water and steep the black or green tea bag for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. If preferred as an iced latte, let the tea cool down afterwards.
  3. In a separate bowl or cup, combine the dragon fruit purée with the sweetener (if using) and stir well.
  4. Pour the dragon fruit mixture into the brewed tea and stir until well-blended.
  5. For a hot version, steam the milk and pour it into the mixture. For an iced option, fill a glass with ice and pour chilled milk over it.
  6. Stir and watch the beautiful pink swirl come alive!
  7. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator, but best enjoyed fresh. Avoid freezing milk as it can change texture.
