Iced Lavender Latte

A refreshing and creamy iced lavender latte made with homemade lavender syrup and your choice of milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of your favorite milk (oat, almond, cow)
  • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee (cold brew works, too)
  • 1.5 to 2 tablespoons homemade lavender syrup
  • Ice, to taste
  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in your espresso or coffee.
  3. Drizzle in the lavender syrup.
  4. Add your milk on top and stir.
  5. Optional: Top with a dollop of cold foam or whipped cream.

Notes

Start with a smaller amount of lavender syrup and adjust to taste. For dairy-free, oat milk is recommended.
