Dump and Go Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken

A simple and flavorful crockpot recipe for Teriyaki Chicken that is perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets to the crockpot.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions. Great as leftovers!
