Easter Fruit Fluff

Easter Fruit Fluff is a light and sweet fruit salad mixed with whipped cream, pudding, and mini marshmallows, perfect for spring parties and family meals.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce tub of cool whip, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cup instant cheesecake pudding, prepared
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1 cup mandarins from can, drained
  • 1 cup diced pears
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 10 ounce package of fruit mini marshmallows
  • Peep Rabbits for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine cool whip and cheesecake pudding in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add crushed pineapple and fold in until well mixed.
  3. Fold in mandarins, diced pears, and diced peaches gently.
  4. Incorporate fruit mini marshmallows into the mixture.
  5. Cover and place the fruit fluff in the refrigerator to set and allow flavors to combine.
  6. Serve cold topped with Peep Rabbits.

Notes

For a healthier version, use light whipped topping or Greek yogurt, and sugar-free pudding. Best when chilled ahead of serving.
