Easter Morning Mocktail

A refreshing and healthy mocktail perfect for your Easter brunch, made with fruit ice cubes and sparkling juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white grape juice or apple juice (chilled)
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or grapes)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint or edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruit ice cubes by adding small pieces of selected fruit into ice cube trays and filling them with water, then freezing.
  2. Assemble the ice cubes in serving glasses.
  3. Pour chilled white grape juice or apple juice into the glasses until they are about ¾ full.
  4. Top with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
  5. Add a sprig of fresh mint or edible flowers for garnish.
  6. Enjoy the refreshing drink chilled.

Notes

Best served cold; prepare fruit ice cubes in advance for easier assembly.
