Easy Dairy-Free Pumpkin Creamer

A delightful homemade creamer that adds a rich pumpkin flavor to your coffee, made with simple plant-based ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups unsweetened oat milk (or almond, cashew, coconut milk)
  • 2½ tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or agave)
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice blend
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the plant milk into a small saucepan.
  2. Add the pumpkin purée to the saucepan and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt using a whisk.
  4. Warm the mixture on low-medium heat until steaming, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Blend for a creamier texture using an immersion blender or whisk.
  6. Cool the mixture and transfer to a clean jar with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.
  7. Shake well before use and enjoy in your favorite drinks.

Notes

Make sure to shake the jar before each use as ingredients may separate over time.
