Easy Homemade Lemon Ginger Vinaigrette

A fresh and tangy dressing that enhances a variety of dishes with a zesty ginger flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and grated ginger.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until the mixture is emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
