Easy Red Velvet Fudge

A simple and fun treat featuring vibrant red color and rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • Few drops red food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
  2. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the condensed milk, stirring gently.
  4. Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and a few drops of red food coloring once the milk is hot.
  5. Stir frequently until melted and smooth; add butter if the mixture is too thick.
  6. Stir in the flour until fully blended.
  7. Add any additional toppings like sprinkles quickly, then pour into the prepared pan.
  8. Let the fudge cool in the fridge for a couple of hours until firm.

Notes

Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the fridge or frozen for up to three months.
