  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine milk, chia seeds, and sweetener. Stir well to avoid clumping.
  2. Let the mixture sit for five minutes, then stir again to ensure even distribution of the seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with chopped strawberries and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, stir twice while the pudding sets and add fresh strawberries just before serving.
